Can you help with BMW 316 1994 manufacturers part number for airflow metering box?

Need to replace airflow metering box on my 1994 BMW 316 E36 M40 engine. Part costs £350 new so would like to buy used part. BMW will not give me the part number!! Don’t have original part for this and have tried loads of metering boxes that just don’t fit. Please help have been tryng to get my motor back on the road for three weeks now!!
