differences between the last part BMW E34 (525) exhaust part when it come?

i wonder if there are any big differences between the last part of a BMW E34 (525) exhaust part when it come to a automatic or manuel gear box or touring and ordinary one?TY

I do not believe so. The exhaust has nothing to do with the transmission and vise versa.
