polly asked:
My 92 bmw 525i station wagon needs a new muffler, brakes, transmission issues, gets 14 mpg and I need to replace oil every 4 weeks. Should I keep it or buy another used car for the same value of $1500?

Apparenlty, lots of people have trouble getting into that car with a dead battery. They detail how to unlock it a couple ways, from the factory emergency unlock proceedure to running current to the trunk light socket in order to wake up the power locks. Good luck.

I purchased the car recently. The Exhaust of the car makes too much sound. What could be the reason? do I have to change that or Is there any leakage from the exhaust pipe? Any suggestions would help.
Thanks.
Go to a reputable exhaust place, one that you might know of that won’t say replace as soon as you walk in. Have hem inspect, and request they show you what they find. If mufflers noisy, then most likely will need replacing anyways.
